Our Philosophy

UrbanGirlz, Inc. is the parent company for the National Association of Urban Etiquette Professionals (NAUEP) and has been in business since 2009. As a leader providing curriculum for urban girls programming, we felt that it was important to reach girls, teens and women in a magazine that represents them.

Our UrbanGirlz Team consists of some of the most talented women on the planet who dedicate their lives to teaching, mentoring and uplifting girls, teens and women of color. From teaching etiquette, leadership and lifeskills coaching to debutante training, we have made it our mission to "reach one and teach one."

It is our goal to boost self-esteem in urban girls and show girls of color that they are beautiful, intelligent, talented and worthy of praise. UrbanGirlz Magazine discusses "real girlz with real issuez." So stay tuned, because we're just getting started.
